Local
Police Department: If you suspect you
are a victim of Internet crime, call your local
police department immediately. Internet servers
may destroy information vital to the crime within
hours, making the crime harder to prosecute. If
necessary, your local police department can contact
other agencies during non-business hours.
District Attorney’s Office: Call the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office
at 781-830-4800 or the Suffolk District Attorney’s
Office at 617-619-4260.
National Center for Missing and Exploited
Children’s CyberTipline This organization handles leads from individuals
reporting sexual exploitation of children, including
the online enticement of children for sex acts. 1-800-843-5678.
